DeKalb County Teacher of the Month - March 2021

We are pleased to announce Ms. Jennifer Beagles, teacher at Wills Valley Elementary, is our March 2021 Teacher of the Month for the DeKalb County area, in partnership with The Southern Torch. When Ms. Beagles was young she would line up her stuff animals and teach them for hours. As such, she believes teaching is not only a calling and passion, but a childhood dream come true. To inspire, encourage, and impact a child to reach their fullest potential is the most rewarding part of her job. Ms. Beagles incorporates music, motions, and tons of hands on activities into her lessons to give students the opportunity to express themselves as individuals and enable them to retain the material. Ms. Beagles encourages the community to continue to be supportive and understanding of school administrators, teachers, and staff during this unprecedented time. She is honored to be able to teach students and love students while they are in her care! A favorite quote of hers is:
